Please read the arrangements carefully, as the category order has been extended, and requires (in certain circumstances) a signature from your Parish Priest.
Please allow time for this, as forms need to be fully completed and submitted to the school by the 15th January 2022.
All parents must complete the the Common Application Form (CAF) from Hampshire County Council - available on line.
If you would like your child to be considered under a faith category, a Supplementary Information Form (SIF), available from the school, should be completed, and returned to the School Office.
St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School is its own admissions authority: The Supplementary Information Form allows the Governors to ensure the children are categorised correctly and thus given the correct priority for admission.
As the Sunday obligation has not been reinstated due to COVID, the frequency of Mass attendance prior to the start of lockdown, will be taken into account.
