In-year Admissions 2024 - 2025

If you would like to apply for a place for your child/children, this academic year (2024 - 2025), please use the supplementary form below and read the admission arrangements in the document below.

All parents must complete the the Common Application Form (CAF) from Hampshire County Council - available on line.

If you would like your child to be considered under a faith category, a  Supplementary Information Form (SIF), available from the school, should be completed, and returned to the School Office.

St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School is its own admissions authority: The Supplementary Information Form allows the Governors to ensure the children are categorized correctly and thus given the correct priority for admission.
