Admissions

| To ensure the management of school finances complies with all statutory, legislative and Hampshire County Council requirements. Responsible for the budget; helping to set the budget and monitoring spending against the budget. To ensure the site and premises comply with Health and Safety requirements. Monitoring the maintenance programme and building projects; ensuring the premises are maintained and improved where necessary. Responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff; their welfare, personal development and training. To ensure performance management is undertaken within statutory guidelines. The committee acts as the Pay Committee in accordance with the Pay Policy. Review and revise, when necessary, school policies relevant to resources.
