Year R Admissions 2025 - 2026

If you would like to apply for a place for your child/children, to start school in Year R in September 2025, please use the supplementary form below and read the admission arrangements in the document below.

All parents must complete the the Common Application Form (CAF) from Hampshire County Council - available on line.

If you would like your child to be considered under a faith category, a  Supplementary Information Form (SIF), available from the school, should be completed, and returned to the School Office.

St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School is its own admissions authority: The Supplementary Information Form allows the Governors to ensure the children are categorized correctly and thus given the correct priority for admission.
